What is your typical delivery time?
Same-day delivery is available in the Mobile area for orders placed before noon. Standard delivery is 1-3 business days depending on location.
Do I need a forklift for delivery?
For most deliveries, yes. If you don't have a forklift, we offer liftgate service to lower pallets to ground level.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we provide tracking information for all deliveries. You'll receive updates via email or text.
What if I need to reschedule?
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without any fees.

What equipment do I need for delivery?
For flatbed deliveries, you'll need a forklift or pallet jack. If you don't have loading equipment, we offer liftgate service that lowers pallets to ground level for an additional fee.
Can you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we can deliver to residential locations using our smaller vehicles. Liftgate service is included for residential deliveries. Please ensure adequate space for our truck.
What if I need to change my delivery date?
No problem! Just contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery to reschedule at no charge. Changes with less notice may incur a small fee.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Saturday deliveries are available for an additional charge. Sunday and holiday deliveries are considered emergency service with premium rates.
How do I prepare for a delivery?
Clear the delivery area, ensure forklift access, and have someone authorized to accept the delivery present. Count pallets with the driver before signing.
What happens if pallets are damaged during delivery?
We inspect all loads before departure. If damage occurs in transit, document it with the driver and we'll replace affected pallets at no charge.
