How do I know what grade my pallets are?
Grade A pallets look nearly new with no damage. Grade B has minor cosmetic wear but is structurally sound. Grade C shows visible wear or repairs. When in doubt, send us photos and we'll help you grade them.
What's the minimum quantity you'll pick up?
For free pickup, we require a minimum of 50 pallets. For smaller quantities, you can drop them off at our facility, or we can arrange a pickup for a small fee.
Do you buy broken or damaged pallets?
Yes! We buy pallets in any condition. Broken pallets are priced for recycling value, typically $0.25-$0.75 each, with a minimum of 200 pallets for pickup.
How quickly can you pick up my pallets?
We can usually schedule pickup within 2-3 business days. For urgent situations, same-day or next-day pickup may be available in the Mobile area.
Can I get a recurring pickup schedule?
Absolutely! Our Regular Pickup Program includes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly pickups with guaranteed pricing and priority service. Many businesses prefer this hands-off approach.
What payment methods do you offer?
We pay cash or check on pickup for most transactions. For regular customers, we also offer direct deposit and net-7 payment terms.

Store pallets under cover or indoors. Wet pallets can develop mold and rot, dropping from Grade A to Grade C quickly.
Stack Properly
Stack same-size pallets together, no more than 15 high. Improper stacking causes warping and damage.
Separate by Grade
Pre-sort pallets by condition. This speeds up our assessment and can get you a better price.
Remove Debris
Clear shrink wrap, nails, and debris. Clean pallets command higher prices and are easier to assess.
