Buying Pallets
What sizes of pallets do you carry?
We stock a wide variety of pallet sizes including the standard 48x40 GMA pallets, 42x42 pallets, 48x48 pallets, and Euro pallets. We can also build custom sizes to your specifications.
What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are in like-new condition with no visible damage. Grade B pallets are in good condition with minor cosmetic wear. Grade C pallets are functional but show visible wear - best for one-way shipping.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer significant discounts for bulk orders. Typically, discounts start at orders of 200+ pallets, with larger discounts for truckload quantities.
Can I pick up pallets from your facility?
Absolutely! You're welcome to pick up pallets directly from our Mobile facility during business hours. For delivery, we offer same-day service in the Mobile area.
Selling Pallets
What types of pallets do you buy?
We buy all types of wood pallets including standard 48x40, specialty sizes, and even damaged pallets suitable for recycling. Contact us with details about what you have.
Do you offer pickup for pallets I want to sell?
Yes, we offer free pickup for quantities of 50 pallets or more in our service area. For smaller quantities, you can bring them to our facility.
How quickly do I get paid?
We can pay on pickup for most transactions, or issue payment within 7 business days by check. Contact us to discuss payment terms.
Recycling & Repair
Do you accept broken pallets?
Yes! We accept damaged and broken pallets for recycling. These are either repaired for reuse or recycled into mulch and biomass fuel.
How much does pallet repair cost?
Repair costs typically range from $3-6 per pallet depending on the damage level, compared to $12-18 for a new pallet. We provide free repair estimates.
Do you provide recycling certificates?
Yes, we can provide certificates of recycling for businesses that need documentation for sustainability reporting or waste management compliance.
Delivery & Service
How far do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Gulf Coast region including Mobile County, Baldwin County, the Florida Panhandle, and Mississippi Gulf Coast. Extended delivery is available for larger orders.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders in the Mobile area placed before noon. Rush and emergency delivery services are also available.
What are your business hours?
We're open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent needs.
